He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Woodbury College in Montpelier (VT). Professor Bolster holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Nicole Boyson

Prior to joining Northeastern, Professor Boyson was an Assistant Professor in the Finance Department at Purdue University in Indiana. She also spent eight years in the industry, working in public accounting, banking, and investment advising. She has been a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) for eighteen years.
She served on the Program Committee for the Financial Management Association in 2004 and 2007. She also worked as ad hoc referee for several journals, including the Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance, Journal of Economics and Business, and Pacific Basin Journal. In 2006, Professor Boyson participated as Session Chair in the European Finance Association meeting. She was also a panelist (via telephone) for the Brown Brothers Harriman Investment Manager Business Leader Summit (Practitioner Conference) in November, 2006. |

| Dr. Goettle is the President, Co-Founder, and Principal of the consulting firm Cambridge Planning and Analytics, Inc. He contributes to the prestigious work of Dale W. Jorgenson and his associates. Professor Goettle's modeling and analysis experience include energy and energy technology, the environment, the general economy, taxation, chemicals, metals, high technology, housing, and the appliance industries. His work has supported an equally diverse range of analytical needs including the provision of economic forecasts, product studies, investment planning, the design and development of information and reporting systems, R&D management, project and policy analyses, and strategic planning. Dr. Goettle was also the principal behind the design and development of DATADISK Information Services, Cambridge Planning's PC-based software and data product. |

Steven R. Kursh

| Professor Kursh develops and teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Finance, Business Overview (a multidisciplinary course), and Telecommunications in the College of Business and the College of Engineering. He has earned several teaching awards, including the Beta Gamma Sigma award for best teacher in the College of Business and the University's Excellence in Teaching Award. Professor Kursh was named a Fulbright Scholar in 2005. He serves as a General Editor in Finance and Information Technology for a division of Pearson Education. His industry consulting clients include ACS (NYSE-traded), AT&T, ATX Communications (publicly-traded), Citibank, FAST Search & Technology, Freddie Mac, Hartford, HP, IBM, IDT (NYSE-traded), Sun Microsystems, Telcordia Technologies; closely-held regional businesses; and private equity funds. |

Robert M. Mooradian

Coleen Pantalone

| Professor Pantalone came to Northeastern in 1981 as an assistant professor of finance and was promoted to associate professor in 1987. In July 1999, she was named executive vice provost after holding the position on an interim basis for 18 months. She was responsible for faculty development, budget planning and long-term planning. In July 2000, she relinquished her duties in the provost's office and served as director of the semester calendar conversion process. In that post, she was responsible for managing the process toward the University's successful conversion to semester in fall 2003. In January 2004, Professor Pantalone returned to the faculty in the College of Business Administration. |

Harlan D. Platt

| Professor Platt is a member of the board of directors of Republic Financial Corporation and is the Chairman of John Hancock Collateral Investment Trust. He previously served on the board of companies on the New York Stock Exchange, the Dublin Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. Professor Platt was the Faculty Dean for the Turnaround Management Association from 1993 - 2003 where he created their certification exam. He is the faculty advisor to the 360 Huntington Fund, the student managed mutual fund which won the world wide distinction at the 2009 RISE contest as the best managed graduate student value based mutual fund. Before joining the College of Business Administration faculty in 1981, Professor Platt was director of electricity research and forecasting for Data Resources, Inc. From 1997 to 1998, he was the Klein Lecturer at Northeastern University. |

Emery A. Trahan

Prior to joining the College of Business Administration faculty in 1988, Professor Trahan served as a senior accountant for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and as controller for Ceramaseal, Inc.
A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, Professor Trahan is an active member of the American Finance Association, the Financial Management Association, the Eastern Finance Association, the Boston Security Analysts Society and the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute.

Shiawee X. Yang

Professor Yang worked as Senior Economist in the Boston area for several companies, including Property & Portfolio Research and Torto Wheaton Research, a CB Richard Ellis company. She also held Senior Consultant positions for China Merchant Property Holding and China Wanke Co Ltd, both located in Shenzhen, China.
Professor Yang is an active member of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association and the American Real Estate Society, and a Board Director of the Asian Real Estate Society. She also serves as editorial board member for the Real Estate Review and Journal of Real Estate Literature.
